What is the current status of India's capability to launch interplanetary missions
As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, India's capability to launch interplanetary missions was demonstrated successfully with the Mars Orbiter Mission (Mangalyaan), which was launched in November 2013 and entered Martian orbit in September 2014. This mission showcased India's ability to design, build, and operate interplanetary spacecraft.
The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) had been actively working on various interplanetary and deep-space missions, including plans for missions to Venus and the exploration of other celestial bodies in the solar system. ISRO has been continuously advancing its technology and infrastructure to support interplanetary exploration.
Please note that developments in space exploration can change rapidly, and new missions and capabilities may have emerged since my last update in September 2021. I recommend checking the latest news and updates from ISRO or reliable space news sources to get the most current information on India's interplanetary missions and capabilities.
