Probably the most important things that the general public needs to know about next generation 5G mobile are:

• 5G is coming.. expect a number of networks offering 5G service in 2020
• 5G will work with 4G LTE and most solutions will combine both together to offer a seamless service
• 5G will offer higher peak bitrates, larger capacity in high traffic area and reduced latency
• 4G LTE is still a great system and so you don’t need to wait for 5G before upgrading your phones… but maybe the phone after your next one will support 5G
• 5G radio is different to LTE radio and so no phone you own today will support 5G mobile… it will not be a simple software update problem.
• Don’t confuse 5G mobile with devices that support Wi-Fi in the 5 GHz ban

President of India – Discretionary Powers You Never Knew Existed!

Indian President is not a ceremonial head, unlike many other countries.

All important decisions regarding the country are taken in the name of Indian President, though most of these will be based on the binding advice given by Council of Ministers(CoM), as per Article 74 of Indian Constitution.

But there are certain exceptions, where he can use his discretionary powers. Let’s learn more about that.

The discretionary powers of the Indian president are not explicitly mentioned in the Indian constitution. But cases, where the Indian President do not act on the advice of CoM, can be understood if one carefully read the provisions related to the Indian President.
